Easy Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, refunds, or replacements within 14 days of receiving your order. We only ask that the item is unused and in its original condition. If you experience any quality issues, we’ll gladly make it right with a refund or replacement.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned.
- Earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
- Items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.
